This city sits between Fontana and San Bernardino, with the I-10 along its south side and the SR-210 crossing the north. Large distribution centers have long clustered in its industrial areas, serving national retailers, food and beverage companies and third-party logistics providers that move goods across the western United States.
The biggest change in recent years is Renaissance, the master-planned development on the former municipal airport, which closed to flights in 2014. That land is filling with logistics buildings, a business park, new housing and a retail center. Older commercial strips along Foothill Boulevard and Riverside Avenue hold family-owned shops, restaurants, clinics and service businesses, and the Rialto Metrolink station sits near the historic downtown.
New distribution buildings come with large floor plates, high ceilings and a lot of steel, which make Wi-Fi coverage a design job rather than a router purchase. Tenants moving in also need internet circuits, security cameras, door access and office IT ready on day one. Smaller local businesses have the opposite problem: tight budgets and aging PCs that need practical support and protection.
The drive from Burbank is usually about 1.25 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic, typically via the 210 east. Most support is handled remotely, including monitoring, updates and help desk requests. Larger work, such as a new building fit-out or a warehouse Wi-Fi project, is planned and scheduled for on-site visits, subject to scope and technician availability. Travel time is confirmed when you book.

Internet service, because carriers can take weeks or months to bring fiber into a new building. Next comes the cabling plan, coordinated with the electrician and general contractor while walls and ceilings are open. Then Wi-Fi design around the racking layout, and finally devices and accounts. We can help with each step.
It matters a lot. Mounted too high, signal spreads poorly. Mounted too low, it gets blocked by racks and forklifts. We plan placement around your racking plan and the devices you use, such as handheld scanners or vehicle-mounted tablets, then test coverage after the install.
Not necessarily. A small business can start with the basics: monitoring and updates on a few PCs, reliable backups, email security and someone to call when something breaks. We scale the plan to what you actually use. Pricing details are on our pricing page and confirmed before any chargeable work.
We support the network those systems run on: power over Ethernet switches, separate network segments, secure remote viewing and backups of device settings. For camera and badge hardware, we coordinate with your security integrator or help you choose one. Keeping cameras isolated from office PCs is a key part of the setup.
Stop using the device and call us. We diagnose first and quote before any recovery work. Equipment can be dropped off in Burbank or shipped to us, and we can advise on packing it safely.
