The city stretches from the foothills down to the I-10, with the SR-210 running across its northern half. It has a large base of corporate and regional offices, light industry and manufacturers, including the headquarters of Amphastar Pharmaceuticals. Business parks south of Foothill Boulevard and along Haven Avenue and Milliken Avenue hold insurance, engineering, healthcare and distribution firms.
Victoria Gardens, an open-air center on the east side, mixes retail, dining, a public library and a cultural center. Chaffey College's main campus sits in the northern foothills. Wine history still shows in the Cucamonga name and a few surviving vineyards. The city-owned utility, RCMU, runs a municipal fiber broadband network with a private partner, built out to many of the business parks.
Corporate and regional offices here often have dozens of staff, several sites and real compliance obligations. Pharmaceutical and manufacturing firms need controlled access to production and quality systems, plus audit trails. Local fiber is a real advantage for offices that move large files or run cloud phone systems, but it still needs a backup path. Office parks also see frequent tenant moves and expansions, which means regular relocation projects.
From Burbank, the 210 east runs directly across the northern part of the city, typically about an hour to an hour and a quarter depending on traffic. Day-to-day support is remote, through monitoring, a help desk and remote sessions. Network installs, office moves and hardware swaps are booked as scheduled on-site visits, subject to scope and technician availability, and travel time is confirmed when you book.

We can help you check whether RCMU fiber reaches your building, compare it with private carriers, and plan the router, firewall and failover setup once service is in. The city and its service partner handle the actual order and installation. We recommend keeping a second line from a different carrier as backup.
We separate production and lab computers from the general office network, control who can sign in and keep detailed logs. Changes are documented so they hold up in quality reviews. For validated systems we work with your quality team and software vendors, since they own validation and we support the infrastructure underneath.
Yes. Our Burbank base is convenient for Los Angeles sites, and remote management covers both locations equally. We standardize devices, sign-ins and security policies so staff get the same experience everywhere. On-site work at either location is scheduled, and we link the offices with secure site-to-site networking.
Yes. Retail tenants usually need a secure point-of-sale network, reliable internet, staff Wi-Fi kept apart from guest access and a few back-office PCs. Property management often has rules about wiring and after-hours access, so we coordinate with them before scheduling any on-site work.
Stop using the device and call us. We diagnose first and quote before any recovery work. Equipment can be dropped off in Burbank or shipped to us, and we can advise on packing it safely.
