Website prices are starting prices in U.S. dollars and are provided for general guidance. Final pricing depends on scope, device condition, storage requirements, third-party licensing, travel, parts, complexity and other requirements. We confirm chargeable work before proceeding.

Data recovery

Data recovery is inherently uncertain. No recovery result can be guaranteed before diagnosis, and some media may be partially or completely unrecoverable.

Backup services

Backup pricing may depend on storage volume, retention, bandwidth, third-party software and cloud fees. Backup reduces risk but does not eliminate every possibility of data loss. Restoration procedures and testing should be agreed for critical systems.

Remote support

Remote-access sessions require customer authorization. Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups before significant system changes where reasonably possible.

Third-party services

Microsoft, Google, Apple, cloud and backup products may be subject to their own licenses, terms, pricing and availability. Brand names are the property of their respective owners.
