Eastvale became a city in 2010, and until the late 1990s most of its land was dairy farms and fields. Neighborhoods of newer homes fill the middle of the city, while the eastern edge along Hamner Avenue and Cantu-Galleano Ranch Road has filled with large distribution and light industrial buildings, including the Goodman Commerce Center.
Retail and services cluster at Eastvale Gateway and other centers near Limonite Avenue and I-15, with restaurants, medical and dental offices, tutoring centers and fitness studios. A large share of local businesses are run from home: consultants, bookkeepers, real estate agents, contractors and e-commerce sellers. Many residents commute or work remotely part of the week. Plans for a city downtown on the former Leal family dairy point to more office and mixed-use space ahead.
That mix pulls IT in two directions. Distribution tenants need dependable networks across big floor plates, handheld scanners that stay connected, and fast fixes when a shipping station drops. Home-based firms need the opposite scale: one or two people who still need business-grade email, backups and security without an office server. Both groups rely heavily on cloud apps, so internet connectivity and account security matter more than on-premises hardware.
From Burbank we typically take the 210 and 57, or I-5 and I-10, to the 60 and then I-15 south, which is usually about 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic. Most help desk work is remote. When something needs hands on site, such as a Wi-Fi survey in a warehouse, we schedule it in advance, subject to scope and technician availability, and confirm travel time when booking.

Not always a full plan. A one- or two-person business usually needs a short list done well: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace set up properly, multi-factor sign-in, automatic backups, a decent router and someone to call when something breaks. We can start light and grow it as you hire.
Yes. New tenants in recently built industrial space often start with an empty shell. We can plan cabling, Wi-Fi for the warehouse floor, internet circuits with a backup line, firewalls and the office network, then coordinate with your WMS or shipping software vendors. Install visits are scheduled once the building is ready.
Often the problem is Wi-Fi inside the house rather than the internet line. We check the router, its placement, mesh coverage and whether the modem is overdue for replacement. If the line itself is the issue, we can help compare available providers and set up a backup connection for work hours.
Start with internet, a business firewall, a separate guest Wi-Fi network and your point-of-sale requirements, since card terminals often have their own network rules. Then add phones, cameras and backups. We can plan this before your opening date so the landlord's buildout and your IT schedule line up.
Stop using the device and call us. We diagnose first and quote before any recovery work. Equipment can be dropped off in Burbank or shipped to us, and we can advise on packing it safely.
